Frequently asked questions

I want to order a student card. What do I do?

If you have finnish bank account, choose “Membership form” from the left menu bar. Fill the form with your information, add a photo and pay directly with your Finnish bank account. If you need to print the invoice, remember to use the reference number! If you do not have a Finnish bank account, you can print the joining form here. Fill it, pay it in your bank and send the form to us with the receipt (see address from contact information). You can also visit us in our service points, and fill the form and pay the membership fee there.

I am already a member. Where can I get a new semester sticker?

You can pick up the sticker from any of the following service points (you don’t have to study in that campus yourself):

Lemminkäisenkatu campus: TUO’s office, inner court yard
Ruiskatu campus: TUO’s book store in main hall
Sepänkatu campus: TUO’s bookstore in C-wing
Salo: Local student association in 2nd floor.
Loimaa campus: Student office

I have lost my student card/my student card is broken. What to do?

In case you have lost/broken your student card and you need a new one, contact the student secretary, opiskelijakortit(at)opiskelijakunta.net. Ordering and making a new card costs 8 euro.  Notice! If your lost student card has been activated as a library card, remember to inform the library of its loss.
